Versixo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, labor disputes, power outages, internet failures, or actions of governmental authorities.
Versixo is not responsible for service disruptions caused by network congestion, distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or failures of upstream providers, even when reasonable mitigation measures are in place.
The Customer is responsible for all configurations, scripts, software, and third-party applications installed on the Services. Versixo shall not be liable for issues caused by misconfiguration or customer-installed software.
Upon termination or expiration of Services, Versixo may permanently delete all Customer data after a reasonable retention period. Data recovery after termination is not guaranteed.
Versixo reserves the right to limit, throttle, or suspend Services that exceed reasonable resource usage or negatively impact server stability, even if no explicit usage limits are stated.
Versixo is not responsible for the functionality, security, compatibility, or updates of third-party software, plugins, themes, scripts, or integrations used by the Customer.
Versixo does not provide legal, financial, tax, or business advice. The Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Customer is responsible for maintaining adequate security measures, including strong passwords, access controls, and software updates. Versixo shall not be liable for security incidents resulting from Customer negligence.
Versixo reserves the right to monitor Services for abuse, security threats, or violations of these Terms and to take immediate action where necessary to protect the infrastructure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, all Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
